Q: Can I remove wall stickers without leaving any trace on my wall?

Our wall stickers are easily removed without damage to surfaces.

Just soften the vinyl surface by heating it up with a hairdryer and slowly peel away!
You may need to heat up and peel your sticker in stages, especially with larger patterns.

Using a hairdryer on a low setting (warm – not hot!) gently blow over the sticker, this softens the adhesive. Then, starting at one corner, use your fingernail or a sharp pointed object to loosen the edge and gently peel the sticker away from the surface at an 180-degree angle.

Q: On which surfaces can I use wall stickers?

You can apply our stickers to almost any surface. They can be applied to surfaces such as painted drywall, glass, metal, sanded wood, non-textured wallpaper, windows, tiles, doors, plaster, mirrors, tables, chairs, refrigerators. Our vinyl stickers ate suitable for outdoors too. Try them on cars, boats, caravans etc...

Q: How can I pay for my order?

Our main payment gateway is PayPal System. The PayPal has over 90 million accounts worldwide and is a world leader in credit card processing and payment methods. To checkout, you can either use a PayPal account if you have already set one up, or have the choice to enter your payment details without creating an account.

Q: I haven’t received an order confirmation email?

It may mean you entered an incorrect email address in the order form or the email we sent you ended up in your SPAM folder by accident. If you want to make sure your order, mail us at shop@broomsticker.co.uk or use contact form

To see the exact shipping costs for your order, add all the products you wish to purchase from your shopping cart - then select your country from the drop-down list. The system will then show the correct shipping amount in your local currency automatically.

Q: I have not received my order yet.

You will need to check firstly whether your delivery address is correct as the main reason for delivery issues is an inaccurate delivery address. We are not able to sort out any delivery problem due to incorrect address you provided when placing your order.

Orders being sent to The United States can be tracked via Royal Mail website using the tracking number provided. Further detailed search can be done through USPS website, using the same number. USPS would usually provide more updates on the delivery progress when the parcel is already within their hands comparing to Royal Mail. American customers who wait for their parcel longer than the estimated time are encouraged to get in touch with USPS. The reason for the delay is likely to be customs procedures which can significantly put delivery on hold but in some cases it may be a problem with the delivery address. Should there be a problem with the delivery address, USPS will after some time send the parcel back to us. This is a long process, and we will not be able to offer options to customers to resolve the issue before the parcel is back with us to determine the reason for non-delivery. Early contact with USPS allows enquiring about the parcel whereabouts and options to collect it or have it redelivered.

Q: How do I return my order?

We accept returns if items are sent to us within 28 days from the day you received the goods. However, you should be aware of certain limitations:
You must inform us of your order return before sending back your order. Otherwise, the process could be delayed or sometimes we could not take responsibility for your order return.

If you have used your wall sticker, then you cannot exchange or refund your sticker.
In agreement with our 'Terms & Conditions', you can get a refund excluding delivery charges as soon as we receive them without any damage.
No refund will be given unless items are returned completely with all original packaging and receipts, etc.

Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout', and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept most major credit and debit cards. Transactions are performed via Paypal system.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will rectify the error.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have under-priced goods inadvertently, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Price and Payment

We may change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent you a Dispatch Confirmation.
Our site contains a large number of products, and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that, where a product's correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the product to you. If a product’s correct price is higher than the price stated we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the Product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection.
We are under no obligation to provide the product to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you a Dispatch Confirmation if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mispricing.

Should shipping prices be incorrectly added to the total we will generally put your order on hold and contact you. If there has been shipping charge added and it is higher than stated, the difference will be refunded to you. However, should there be a problem and shipping fee is underpaid you will be given options of either paying the difference and having your order processed or you can request a cancellation of your order which is followed by a refund of your money.

Shipping And Handling

UK Shipping is FREE. All UK orders are sent via MyHermes, 1st or 2nd Class Royal Mail.

Items that have not arrived - Broomsticker operates a 25 working days policy from the date of your order before we can class your order as being lost in transit. If your goods do not arrive once these timescales have been breached, then we'll gladly refund you the full amount or resend your order. We will have no liability to you to issue a refund or replacement order if we have not been notified by yourself of non-delivery of your order after 30 working days.

Delivery Schedule

We will normally despatch UK order to you in 2 business days. International orders are received in under 14 days. Orders are not processed or made during bank holidays.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will backorder for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Undelivered orders

If an item is returned to us due to being unclaimed by the customer or an insufficient address was provided preventing delivery or refused by the customer, the buyer will be emailed and has 7 days to pay an additional shipping charge to resend the item. If not paid after 7 days, the customer will be refunded the original price minus shipping costs and no replacement will be sent. The shipping costs will be given as per real charge paid by the seller depending on the item's weight. Picture of the postal stamp showing the actual amount available upon request.
Customers who have had their money refunded due to undelivered orders being unclaimed/refused/or insufficient address given will need to provide an alternative address for delivery if wishing to reorder. No items will be sent to the destination where goods have been returned from.

Returns Policy

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, excluding the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.

None of these terms affects your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or the rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
